Clarbonyx offers a range of solutions designed to meet your needs, whether you are just getting started or scaling something bigger. Everything can be tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
At the same time, we also offer standardized Packages and offerings in our Store to get you started right away, allowing international payment and serving a large number of countries. While corporate procurement policies might require traditional invoicing rather than online ordering and checkout, our price transparency in the Store is also designed to help you benchmark your requirements and budget before reaching out via email at hello@clarbonyx.com.
Additionally, you can seamlessly book a direct introduction or consultation meeting with Clarence online (or face-to-face in Belgium). We use Microsoft Bookings and Tinrate for organizing meetings online.

If you don’t have a project for Clarbonyx right now, but want to have Clarbonyx approved as a vendor in your ERP system for future needs, you can use the Become a Client option. Clarbonyx will support you with negotiating a framework service agreement (including for example agreed payment terms and any other deviations to the Terms of Service you might need and is agreeable to Clarbonyx).
If you can agree to our Terms of Service, you can immediately place an order, via the Store or via email to hello@clarbonyx.com. Once we confirm the order and receive your inputs, we can immediately plan the execution of the service in our schedule.

We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, Clarence will provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs. We accept payment in all major international currencies (see Terms).
If your needs match one of our standard offerings, you can immediately book what you need in our online Store or reach out to confirm that you want to make use of one of the Store-listed services.
Store-listed services include the reservation of consulting credit and specific services, typically around nitrosamine impurities in medicines.
To summarize, Clarbonyx offers:
Hourly basis billing - offered via Standard Consulting Credit Packages listed in our Store (ordered online or via email). (This is a hybrid billing model, where meeting and travel costs are included based on a fee-for-package-service calculation). Alternatively you can purchase hours of consulting credit directly in the Store.
Hourly basis billing - quoted directly to the client based on a specific request or based on consulting hours bought in the Store.
Meeting billing - as listed on Tinrate (paid via Tinrate) or Microsoft Bookings (paid via the Store or post-meeting invoicing).
Subscription billing for the Clarbonyx blog.
Fee-for-service (task-based) prices for standardized activities listed in our Store (ordered online or via email).
Fee-for-service (task-based) price quoted to the client based on a briefing for a specific request
On request, fee-for-service quotations can include exclusivity costs and travel costs if applicable.
Generally, an hour of Clarence’s time starts at € 175.00 excl. VAT, but can be higher in case of rush fees, or lower in case of a significant volume of activities contracted or standard requests (up to a minimum of around € 125.00 excl. VAT/h for high-volume contracts).
We strive to keep our pricing competitive while reflecting Clarence's 14 years of industry experience. However, we highly value client feedback and are always open to hearing your thoughts on our pricing models.

Clarbonyx offers remote consulting services globally, provided they can be offered in English or Dutch and quoted in one of the major international currencies we accept payment in (see Terms). As needed, Clarence is open to collaborating with translators.
Clarence is also flexible to travel on request to clients, as offered in our Packages or separately agreed with clients (e.g. compensation of travel costs, agreed planning). Clarbonyx might decline travel to regions that are considered a safety risk or ad hoc travel that does not allow sufficient time to prepare travel documents.
As much of the work is remote desktop work, it can be flexibly planned, allowing Clarence to support multiple time zones. As good science is territory agnostic and as Clarence follows regulatory evolutions for different regions, there is a good chance Clarence can support you, wherever you are.
Clarence knows that serving different regions requires flexibility for planning meetings outside of her standard business hours. As such no additional costs are quoted to have a preplanned meeting during Asia and USA business hours. For an online meeting during Asia-Pacific working hours, you can send an email to hello@clarbonyx.com. USA business hours meetings can be regularly booked via our scheduling system. Our listed online meeting price is tailored to include meeting time flexibility.
Clarence is located in Belgium, the heart of Europe. She regularly services clients located in Belgium on-site for short- or mid-term projects. Examples of nearby pharma industry hubs are Ghent, Lessines, Lille, Puurs, and Brussels.

If the proposed timeframe in the offer (personalized quotation, Store offering and/or discussion with the client) does not meet your business needs, you may request a rush service.
Clarence is always open to evaluating rush service requests. While rush service typically incurs an additional cost (except for the rush credits included in our Packages), Clarence usually accepts such requests when there are no scheduling conflicts and if the work can feasibly be completed within the proposed timeframe.
If the rush service requires evening or weekend work, this might impact the quoted fee. However, this does not mean there are always additional fees when time flexibility (without a rush) is requested. Clarence accommodates meetings outside of Western European business hours to meet with clients from the USA and Asia at no additional cost, provided they are booked via open Tinrate or Microsoft Bookings agenda slots, or scheduled via email.
If you require an urgent conversation, you can always book the earliest open slot in our meeting calendar for the standard price listed (introductory calls are even free). This will allow us to effectively plan around your urgent needs without losing valuable time. Active clients can also call or text Clarence directly.
