30 minutes introductory call (with or without pre-meeting on-paper briefing from the Client) to discuss the case (this can be scheduled via Microsoft Bookings).
Written recommendation to the customer (with motivation) to design a strategy (min. 1 page), within 5 days after the introductory call.
Debrief call (30 minutes) to discuss and summarize the proposal and evaluate further collaboration potential on execution (this can be scheduled via Microsoft Bookings).

Lead time: subject to availability of meeting slots: 30-minute calls are immediately bookable from our Microsoft Bookings agenda (schedule one or two 30-minutes calls). Use the meeting type “Strategy Discussion” for each call.
Urgency option: Fast-Track option on request, subject to confirmation of consultant availability in case the Microsoft Bookings slots available do not meet your requirements.

Booking & Payment Terms
1-year validity: The Client must enable the execution of the service within one year of the date of purchase. After the 1-year validity, an extension might be applied for up to 2 additional years, provided that a price indexation adjustment is mutually agreed upon by both parties.
The pricing is based on immediate checkout via the website (full or partial prepayment). Alternatively, corporate orders can be placed via email by submitting an official Purchase Order (PO) to hello@clarbonyx.com.
