Whether you are scaling for a challenging new project or managing temporary resource constraints, the Platinum Package secures your future access to 500 hours of dedicated advisory. Distributed over a three-year period at our most competitive rate, it ensures that your most critical objectives never stall due to a lack of expert bandwidth.
What the Platinum Package entails:
400 remote working hours of direct access to Clarence Wybon. This includes the flexibility to schedule up to 6 hours as a "rush service" at no additional fee, subject to calendar availability. Rush service guarantees a review or response within 48 business hours once confirmed. If more than 6 hours of rush service are requested, additional fees will apply upon mutual agreement with the Client.
100 hours of online meeting credit (direct access to Clarence Wybon). Unused meeting hours can be converted into hours of additional remote working time.
Face-to-Face (F2F) Option: Meeting credits can be partially or fully used for in-person interactions under the following conditions:
Booked in a single block of at least 4 hours for locations within a 201 to 400 km radius of the Clarbonyx office in Houthulst, Belgium (capped at a maximum of one site visit at this distance per year, up to a maximum of 3 site visits per package).
Booked in a single block of at least 6 hours for locations within a 100 to 200 km radius of the Clarbonyx office.
Booked in blocks of at least 2 hours for local interactions within a 99 km radius of the Clarbonyx office.
Travel Time Deduction: Travel expenses are fully included; however, 30% of total travel time will be deducted from your remaining remote working hours for all travel exceeding a 200 km radius from the Clarbonyx office.
1-year complimentary subscription to the Clarbonyx blog for a maximum of ten user accounts.
3-year validity: All consulting credits expire 3 years from the date of purchase and can be drawn down by the Client as needed. All consulting credits are non-refundable and must be utilized within this 3-year period. Any credit remaining after the 3-year validity period may be prolonged for up to 2 additional years, provided that a price indexation adjustment is mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Flexible Scheduling: Hours are scheduled by mutual agreement with Clarbonyx. Should the Client require immediate use of the consulting credit, Clarbonyx guarantees availability within the following timeframes:
Scheduling of up to 25 hours is guaranteed within a maximum of 14 days following the initial booking request.
Scheduling of all remaining package hours is guaranteed within a maximum of 9 months following the initial booking request. Should you need to plan all package hours within a shorter period, please reach out before booking.
Versatile Utility: The purchased consulting credit can also be applied toward the execution of any standalone services listed separately in the Store. These services will be costed on an hourly basis instead of the standard fee-for-service model. The Client may utilize the credit across an unlimited number of topics, provided the work fits within the available hours. However, Clarbonyx reserves the right to decline specific tasks that fall outside our scope of competence or expertise.

The Platinum package pricing is based on immediate checkout via the website (including prepayment or partial prepayment). Alternatively, corporate orders can be placed via email by submitting an official Purchase Order (PO) to hello@clarbonyx.com. Our standard Terms apply to all orders unless an alternative agreement is explicitly in place. To establish a specific framework agreement with Clarbonyx, we recommend completing our "Become a Client" form.
